Scope

These terms apply to your use of the MyWorth app. This text is general information and is not legal or financial advice.

Operator and contact

MyWorth is operated by Inon Cohen, an individual in Israel. Privacy and support email: inoncohen.support@gmail.com.

Eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. MyWorth is a personal financial-recordkeeping tool, not a service designed for children. Only enter another person's information, including a child's savings information, where you have lawful authority to do so. Avoid unnecessary personal identifiers.

Purpose of the app

MyWorth organizes information you enter about portfolios, savings, deposits, pension/fund balances, assets, debts and goals, and calculates estimates from your entries and assumptions. The figures are entered by users. MyWorth does not access your bank, request or collect bank-login or payment-card credentials, execute transactions, hold money or supply live market values or exchange rates. Account numbers and vehicle plates appear only if you choose to enter them. Do not put bank passwords or payment-card details in notes or other fields. Estimates are not official account statements, professional appraisals or personalized financial, pension, tax or legal advice.

Price

MyWorth is currently free. These terms do not authorize future charges. Any future paid offering would require its own disclosed purchase terms before you choose to buy it.

Accounts and permitted use

Account sign-in uses email/password or Apple/Google login. Protect your credentials and device. A local biometric or PIN screen lock is not account multi-factor authentication. Do not use another person's account without permission, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software or violate other people's rights.

Your information and app ownership

You retain your rights in the records you enter. The app's software, design and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Use MyWorth for lawful personal recordkeeping. These terms do not transfer ownership of your records to the operator or override privacy rights under applicable law.

Checking results

Check important figures against official bank, fund, pension and other records. Calculations depend on your entries and may be incomplete or wrong. Keep independent copies of records that matter to you. MyWorth should not be your only financial archive or the only basis for a financial decision.

Exports and local information

PDF, CSV and JSON export features can disclose the records included in the export to the destination you choose. Full financial-backup JSON and device-finance JSON exports are unencrypted. Choose recipients and apps carefully. Local storage encryption does not encrypt an exported file. Some information exists only on your device. Loss, reset, local-data removal or a change of device may make it unavailable. Recovery and device-backup behaviour are not yet specified in this version. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your cloud account.

Availability and external services

The app may contain errors, interruptions or incomplete features. Operation depends in part on your device, network and services such as Supabase, Expo, Apple and Google. External links and destinations you select have their own terms and privacy practices. No uninterrupted operation or guaranteed financial result is promised.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app (Profile > Delete account). Deletion runs through a server function that deletes the cloud records linked to your account, after which the app removes local data, keys and cache. Backup copies held by the infrastructure provider may persist for up to 30 days. Widget snapshots are cleared on logout or deletion. Copies you have already exported or shared are not automatically removed from recipients.

Financial disclaimer and responsibility

Read the Financial Disclaimer before using estimates. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user entries or treating illustrative projections as guaranteed outcomes. This is not a blanket release of the operator's own duties or conduct. Nothing excludes liability or a consumer, privacy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. These terms do not provide immunity from legal claims.

Changes and governing law

The app and this text may change. A future update does not retrospectively waive accrued rights or itself authorize new processing that lacks a lawful basis. Israeli law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable where you reside. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing prevents a complaint to a competent regulator or access to a court available under mandatory law. Hebrew and English versions are intended to express the same terms.
